Waiver and Safety Information: Information provided on pre-race waivers and liability forms required before participating in racing sessions.

Advertising and Analytics

We use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand how people find and use our website, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers to record actions you take on our site, such as viewing the booking page or completing a booking.

Hashed identifiers: To measure whether our advertising works, we may send Meta an irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address and name, together with cookie identifiers, your IP address, and your browser type. Meta receives these values in hashed form and uses them to determine whether a booking came from one of our ads. We do not send Meta your name or email address in readable form.

We never send your phone number to Meta or any other advertising platform, in any form — including hashed.

Your choices: You can limit this collection using your browser's cookie controls, a tracking-blocking extension, your device's advertising settings, or the ad preference controls in your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking these tools does not affect your ability to book a session.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
